tch.... well... who would have thought?... a day or two after i posted the stuff about nice guys finishing last?... i realise i'm quite a fool...

Everyone in the world is worth being nice to. Because God never creates inferior human beings, each person deserves respect and dignity.

... and well ... the the word 'love' in english just doesn't cut it ... 'love' has 3 forms in greek ... and since agape-love is an attitude ... i could sub 'nice' in place of 'love' here and it'll still make perfect sense ....

1 cor 13:1-3

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but am not nice, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but am not nice, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but am not nice, I gain nothing.

too much learning overtaxes the brain

well ... we cannot overload the human brain. It has fourteen billion cells. If used to the maximum, this human computer inside out heads could contain all the knowledge of humanity from the beginning of the world and still have room left over.

I guess there is a limit to how much we can absorb in a day .. but well, the human brain is amazing ... it stores everything we encounter ... the problem isn't data entry .. it's retrieval .. cos we simply suck at organising our data ... (think of how de-fragging a computer hdd speeds it up ... if only we could de-frag our brains ... =P)
